A Case Study on Gout/Arthritis: Use of gooseberry or Amla in Arthritis

As same like my all previous allergy case study, this is too a real case study happened in my family.

My father has been suffering from Arthritis from a long time. This problem troubled him a lot past. There was a time when the inflammation had been persisting since a month. Few months back, the arthritis problem has been recurring. 

Paradise Beach Pondicherry-- The Beach of love

Many people go to Pondicherry, but very few people know about this beach-- Paradise Beach, a lonely beach with awesome blue water and splendid waves.

This beach is around 13 to 14KM from Pondicherry Aurobindo ashram. This beach is located in Pudukuppam. 

Another Study on Allergy and Asthma

This incident happened in first week of November 2013.
My wife went to her parent house for 20 days. After she came back she was fine first 4-5 days. After 5th or 6th day she started coughing vigorously. Whole day she was fine but coughing was starting around 4 AM in morning and lasting till 6 AM.
